Manuela Herrera, 88, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2013. Mrs. Herrera was preceded in death by her sons: Rodolfo Herrera and Rogelio Herrera, her daughter: Marianita Herrera, brothers: Simon Ruiz and Estanislao Ruiz, grandchildren: Israel Herrera and Benjamin Lazaro Herrera.She is survived by her husband of 69 years of marriage: Lazaro Herrera, children: Martin (Laura) Herrera, Rogelio (Irma) Herrera, Benjamin (Alicia) Herrera, Maria Hortencia (Rogelio) Ayala and Sylvia De La Cruz, daughter in Law: Matilde Herrera, grandchildren: Stephanie Buckley, Rogelio Herrera, Roberto Carlos Herrera, Jessica Herrera, Juan Antonio Herrera, Cynthia Ayala, Luz Antonia Izaguirre, Monica Lopez, Rogelio Ayala Jr., Alfredo Osvaldo De La Cruz, Cristina Lopez, Rodolfo Herrera Jr., Edgar Herrera, Norma Herrera and Oneida Herrera, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives that will greatly miss her.The family will be receiving guests Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 8:30 am.
