Manuela Cano, 90, entered into eternal rest Saturday, February 20, 2021.
Our beautiful mother has gone to be with the Lord. A wonderful person, she had so much love for her family. She instilled upon us family values and how we should always look out for each other. And up to the end of her life, she wanted to make sure we were all together. She loved her friends at her daycare, and would buy them all lunch when she felt like it. She would always say. “I’m not going to take it with me, so I’ll spend it all here”. She was very generous that way. She always prayed for everyone and thanked the Lord when her prayers were answered and she would say “I hope Jesus doesn’t get tired of me praying for so many people.” We will miss her dearly.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Josie (Mark) Dobroski, Maggie (Tony) Mora, Camelia Esparza, Natalie (Carlos) Paz, Estella (Paul Alvarez) Cano, and John (Cristy) Achord; 21 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; sister, Susie Jordan; as well as other family who will greatly miss her.

My sincerest condolences to the family. I know how difficult it is to loose a mother. May God give you strength to go on. My prayers are with you all.
Our condolences to the Cano and Mora families on the passing away of Ms. Cano. I remember Ms. Cano and her family from our days attending Our Lady of Guadalupe School. One of her daughters then married Tony Mora, who is a very close and dear friend. I recall Ms. Cano as being a very nice woman. May she Rest In Peace and may God provide strength to the families to continue living and remembering all the good times with their mother and grandmother.
