Manuel Arturo Saenz, 73, entered into eternal rest Thursday, May 28, 2020.

Mr. Saenz is preceded in death by his parents, Rafael Arturo Saenz and Jesusita Thelma Saenz; brother, John Eduardo Saenz and sister, Alice Saenz.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of 40 years of marriage, Maria Del Carmen Saenz; children, Manuel Saenz, John Saenz, Sara Saenz, Seiko (Natividad) Yamagata, Alexis (Josue) Alonso, Carly (Adolfo) Botello, Matthew Cordy Saenz; grandchildren, Angela Guerrero, Ginger Saenz, Willow Saenz, Valeria Yamagata, Nicole Yamagata, Seiko Yamagata, Jr., Naty Yamagata, Emmanuel Saenz, Josue Alonso, Caleb Alonso, Elijah Botello, and Adle Botello; siblings, Ralph Saenz, Gisela Valdez, Javier Carlos Saenz, and Serafin Saenz.

The family will be receiving guests Tuesday, June 2, 2020, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Holy Rosary will start at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at Saint Jude Catholic Church. The Funeral mass will start at 9:30 am. Interment will follow to the City Cemetery. Military Honors will be provided by Laredo Veterans Honor Guard and Presentation of the U.S. Flag will be provided by the U.S. Navy Honor Guard.
