Obituary

Luz B. Carmona, 91, entered into eternal rest Thursday, July 2, 2020.

Mrs. Carmona is preceded in death by her husband, Dagoberto Carmona Jr.; parents, Pablo (Dolores) Barboza; son-in-law, Ruperto Contreras Jr.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Dagoberto (Sandra) Carmona Jr., Lucy (Raymundo) Bustillo, Hector (Nelma) Carmona, Juan (Jeannie) Carmona, Lupita (Jerry Villarreal) Contreras and Gerardo (Nora) Carmona; 18 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; sister, Angelita Ceja.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 4, 2020, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services with visitation starting from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.  A chapel service will start at 11:00 am. Interment will follow to the City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ruperto Contreras, Alberto Contreras, Orlando Contreras, Dagoberto Carmona, Dagoalberto Carmona and Raymundo Carmona.

The family would like to express their utmost gratitude to Dr. Armando Hinojosa, Liz “Chacha” Lopez, Doctor’s Hospital, Esmeralda & Hector from La Esperanza Home Health for their exceptional care and support.
