Luis Gutierrez, 82, passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2012. Mr. Gutierrez was an Army Veteran and proudly served his country. Mr. Gutierrez is survived by his loving wife: Anita Gutierrez of fifty four years; children: Luis Gutierrez Jr., Anabel Villarreal; grandchildren: Cynthia (Randy) Martinez, Camilo Villarreal Jr.; cousin: Cosme (Guadalupe) Gomez, and friend; Jorge Morales. Family members will be receiving friends and family on Thursday, May 10, 2012 from 5:00pm – 9:00pm with a rosary recited at 7:00pm. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 11, 2012 at Blessed Sacrament Church at 10:30am. Interment will follow immediately at the Laredo City Cemetery.
