Juanita Tays Ramos, 74, entered into eternal rest, Monday, December 2, 2024.  During her younger years, Juanita worked as a migrant laborer, traveling to Utah. Later, she relocated to California, where she became a billing clerk in the office of Dr. Orr, an oncology specialist.

Mrs. Ramos is preceded in death by her parents, Fernando Tays, Sr and Ernestina Gamboa Tays, brothers, Fernando Tays, Jr., Raymundo Tays, George Tays and Alejandro Tays.

She is survived by her husband, Leonel Ramos; son, Jason Proulx; siblings, Armando (Concepcion) Tays, Sr., Francisco (Linda) Tays, Roberto (Mari) Tays, Evangelina (Robert Puente) Martinez and Guadalupe (Juan) Reyes; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Zuniga-Goldwater and Mrs. Ramos caretakers.

The family will be receiving guests on Saturday, December 7, 2024, in the Angelus Chapel at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services at 8:00 am. A chapel service will be begin at 10:00 am by Deacon Ignacio Valdez. Interment will follow immediately to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
