Juana Lara, 93, entered into eternal rest, Thursday, January 5, 2023.  Mrs. Lara is preceded in death by her husband; Ernesto Lara Torres, sons; Sergio M. Lara, Jose Cruz and Antonio Cruz.

She is survived by her children; Julia Irma Benavides, Dr. Ana Laura (Dr. Carlos) Velasco and Nicolas Lara, grandchildren; Gerardo Lara, Sergio Lara, Julio Ernesto Lara, Dr. Yael Victoria Lara, Eleana M. Velasco, Izabella Velasco, Miguel Cruz, Juan Cruz and Oscar Cruz, siblings; Lorenzo Chavero and Tomasa Chavero, nieces; Maria Del Carmen Astudillo Miranda and Amaly Guiliana Astudillo Miranda, daughter in law; Veneranda Godinez; as well as other family members and friends that will greatly miss her.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services, where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will be Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services. A chapel service will be held at 11:00 am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
