Obituary

2 Co 12:9 “My grace is sufficient for you, my power is made perfect in weakness…”

Juan Lozano, 52, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday March 9, 2022. Juan worked as a Special Agent CBP private investigator for the Laredo Sector.

Juan was a God loving and devoted husband who loved his wife, and his 3 daughters. He enjoyed spending every moment with them and his 3 French bulldogs. Juan was the family’s role model, leader, and coach. He lived his life with the fear and ammunition of the Lord. His passion to exercise kept his family strong and motivated. His favorite sayings were, “Dale Gas”, “No Pos Wow!”, and “GO BIG OR GO HOME”. Juan was always active and made the most of every day. He would wake up early, pray, exercise, take daily walks with his family, and work. His pride and joy were his girls, Gen, Sky and Ara, and he was so proud of them and all their accomplishments. He was their biggest cheerleader and supporter. His forever best friend was his most adored wife, Adriana. He has taken a piece of our heart, but we know he is now riding on streets of gold. He leaves a legacy to all who knew him. It’s not a farewell or good-bye, it’s a see you soon. Dale gas!

He is preceded in death by his father, Rogelio Lozano.

Juan is survived by his wife, M. Adriana Lozano; daughters, Genesis Joy Lozano, Skylah Faith Lozano, Arabellah Hope Lozano; mother, Bertha Lozano; sisters, Maria de Lourdes (Amable) Viloria , Bertha (Omar) Gomez, Claudia (Jorge) Cavazos; brothers, Raul (Yaresi) Lozano, Paulo Antonio (Melissa) Lozano, Roger (Amanda) Lozano, Jr., Daniel (Marivel) Lozano, and Henry Lozano; as well as numerous other family and friends.

The family will be receiving guests on Monday, March 14, 2022, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. A Prayer Service will begin at 11:30 am. Interment will then follow to the City of Laredo Cemetery.

My deepest condolences to Juan’s wife and his daughters. I had the pleasure to work with Juan at WTB in the FAST Program Office. It was before Juan would get his position with HSI as an Special Agent! I have fond memories of Juan. I still remember how Juan’s eyes and smile would light up when he spoke of his girls (daughters) I admired that from him! Juan always had something humorous to say so there was never a dull moment with him. We shared lots of laughter in that office. I’m heartbroken for his passing! May God give his family strength during this sad time.

I met Juan Lozano during my assignment as a Mexican Officcer to the Fraud investigations team with ICE/HSI in Laredo. JUANITO was the first friend I met. Without any hesitation he offered me his friendship. Since that day in June 2007, I had the honor to work with him even sharing great moments and great achievements investigating fraud cases. I am witness of the fact that JUAN was always a model of person , co worker, friend, sport man and a family member and a god man. Since I was always sitting next to him I was able to learn how he loved her daughters, how he used to called them and make jokes, now I can tell that I really learned from him many things that I do now. Over any thing I learned from him about god and his determination. I really feel very sad for what happened and I really believe that God is happy of having a Special person in the sky. My condolences to his wife and his daughters, his brother Paulo and the rest of the family. God bless you all.
