Jose is preceded in death by his parents, Jose & Maria Luisa Murillo; son, Thomas Murillo; daughter, Gloria Murillo and brother Jorge Murillo.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Ann Brady; children, Ricardo Murillo, Oscar (Taylor) Orona, Perla Orona and Natalie Mar Orona; 1 grandson; siblings, Juanita Murillo, Amalia Murillo, Felipe (Esther) Murillo, Rodolfo (Basilisa) Murillo, Jesus (Guadalupe) Murillo, Raul Murillo, Martin (Rosalinda) Murillo, Ernesto Murillo, Carlos Murillo; as well as numerous other family and friends who will greatly miss him.
The family will be receiving guests on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Holy Rosary will start at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will begin at 9:00 am. Interment will follow with Military Honors provided by the American Legion Post 59 of Laredo and presentation of the U.S. flag will be provided by the U.S. Army at the Laredo City Cemetery.
