Jose Macario “Macky” Gonzalez, 80, entered into eternal rest on, Sunday, July 4, 2021.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesus & Maria Gonzalez; brothers, Jesus E. Gonzalez, and Oscar Gonzalez.
Jose is survived by his children, Maria Luisa “Lulu” (Hugo) Muñoz, Rosario Arellano; grandchildren, Hugo David (Sasha) Muñoz, Jr., Carlos Antonio Muñoz, Marco Alberto Muñoz; great-grandson, Austin Razavi; sisters, Ana Maria Sanchez, Melva (Ricardo) Guerra, Rosa (Fabian) Fragiao; nephew, Arturo “Turi” (Irma) Gonzalez; godson, Joaquin Garza; as well as numerous other family and friends who will greatly miss him.
The family will be receiving guests on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will begin at 9:30 am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Hugo David Muñoz, Jr., Carlos Antonio Muñoz, Marco Alberto Muñoz, Austin Razavi, Arturo “Turi” Gonzalez, and Macario “Macky” Gonzalez.
