Mr. Palacios was an avid sports fan especially the San Antonio Spurs, who he proudly worked for while living in San Antonio, TX. He is greatly loved and will be dearly missed by family and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother Maria A. Palacios. Mr. Palacios is survived by his son; Joey Palacios, father; Vidal Palacios Sr., brother; Billy(Nora)Palacios, sisters; Ana Laura(Oscar)Everett, Adriana(David)Perez, Turi Palacios and brother; Carlos (Alely)Palacios.
