Jose A. Baltazar, 93, passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2013 in Zapata, Texas. Mr. Baltazar is survived by his children: Joe A. (Cynthia) Baltazar, Jr. from Sugarland, Texas and Gloria (Francisco) Cabello from Laredo, Texas, grandchildren: Brian Baltazar, Steven Baltazar from Sugarland, Selina (Nicolas) Gomez, Grizelda Ramirez, Vanessa A. (Ricardo Juarez) Cabello and Adriana A. (Gilberto Salazar, Jr.) Cabello, great-grandchildren: Alexsandra Gomez, Deidra Gomez, Julián Andrés Gomez, Isabella Gomez, Amanda Ramirez, Emma Ramirez, Alyssa Salazar and Gilberto Salazar, III. The family will be receiving guests Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Fred Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services from 9:00am to 10:30am. Vigil service will be held at 10:30am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Full military honors will be provided by the American Legion Post 59 and flag fold presentation by the United States Army.
