Le sobreviven su esposa; Veronica Dueñas, hijos; Nathan Dueñas y Caleb Dueñas, papá; Roberto Dueñas, abuelos paternos; Uvaldo Dueñas y Maria Luisa Villarreal, suegros; Luis y Veronica Medellin; así como otros tíos, tías, primos, familiares y amigos que siempre lo recordaran.
Se llevara a cabo el velorio, el viernes, 26 de mayo del 2023 de 5pm a 9pm, con un servicio a las 7pm. Los servicios fúnebres serán el sábado 27 de mayo del 2023 en Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services, donde iniciara un servicio de capilla a las 11:00 am. Se concluye el servicio con sepelio en el Cementerio de la Ciudad.
