I am so sorry to hear of Johnny's passing. He and I shared lots of memories created through a friendship that included being neighbors and school friends as we grew up a block from each other. We shared these memories every time we met. The last time was just a few months ago. My heart breaks to know that I will no longer have him to talk to about a part of my life very few people shared with me. I love you Johnny. Betty

I have just been advised of Johnny's passing. But I will never forget the fun, fights, and experiences we had together with the likes of Bobby, Butch, Eddie, and others that enriched our childhood. Johnny and I spend many hours building model airplanes in a shed in his back yard. Johnny, thanks for being part of my younger years. Eloy

To reach the port of heaven, we must sail sometimes with the wind and sometimes against it,--but we must sail, and not drift, nor lie at anchor. Happy Sailing, Johhny, may you always have that steady wind a-blowing....
