Jane Garza, age 68, passed away on November 7, 2022, peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 1, 1954, in Laredo, Texas to Fidelio and Maria Del Carmen Medina.
She is preceded in death by her husband Carlos Patricio Garza “Chale” and parents, Fidelio and Maria Del Carmen Medina. Jane Garza was born in Laredo, Texas where her passion for clothes and the whole fashion industry was introduced to her at a young age. Her fashion sense was cultivated by working at Joe Brand. She later on opened up her own consignment shop and designed her own clothes at Lord and Jane/ Once Again, in the 1990’s.
She met Chale Garza, the owner of Chale Garza Auto Sales, bought a car, fell in love, got married and as dad would say, walked away with the whole car lot. Together, they served as Pastors at Oasis of Love Ministries for about 2 decades. Not only did she serve as Youth Pastor, but sang in the choir and would throw the best church banquets. Anyone that new Pastor Jane, knew that she was steady in her convictions, unwavering in her faith, and believed in the God of the impossible.
