Mr. Duarte was a US Navy veteran who served his country honorably.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Isidro (Lorenza) Duarte, Sr.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 47 years of marriage, Ana Laura Duarte; children, Erika (Rafael) Hernandez, Yvonne (Amjad) Sheikh, Hector I. Duarte and Roberto A. (Reva Hernandez) Duarte; grandchildren, Havana Hernandez, Giovani Hernandez, Bekah Hernandez, Pedro Amaro, Arman Sheikh, Alina Sheikh and Lexis G. Duarte; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mary Chapa, Simon Velasquez, Johnny Velasquez and Graciela Velasquez. Mr. Duarte is also survived by nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family will receive guests, Tuesday, July 14, 2020, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services. A funeral service will start at 2:00 pm. Military Honors will be provided by American Legion Post 59 of Laredo. Interment will follow to the Veteran’s Section of the Laredo City Cemetery.

One of many memories of my cousin Isidro jr was sitting outside listening to one of his favorite bands CCR together with my uncle (his dad) I was about 12 / 13 yrs old. RIP cousin ❤
