In behalf of Josie Casarez and Lillian Olvera. Our heartfelt condolences, your Daddy has always held a special place in our hearts. As my law enforcement years passed If I happen to drive near Barrios I would always pass thru his welcoming home. If I was lucky I would see Welo sitting on the porch. No matter how many years passed he always knew me by name and greeted me with a welcoming conversation. You all were blessed to have such a wonderful father . My prayers for Welo Moncivais.
