Francisca T. Guerra, 91, entered into eternal rest on March, 13, 2013. Mrs. Guerra proudly worked for the American Consulate in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico for 38 years while being an exceptional and devoted wife and mother. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Guerra is preceded in death by her husband; Oscar F. Guerra and grandson; Mario C. Guevara Jr. She is survived by her loving children: Natalie G. (David O.) Hill, Oscar F. Guerra Jr, cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Family members will be receiving guest on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 from 5:00pm – 9:00pm with a vigil at 7:00pm.
