Filiberto Salazar, 68, passed away on Monday, August 30, 2010.He was preceded in death by his parents: Espiridion Salazar and Petra De La Cerda, daughters: Ana Linda (†Jose Juan Flores) Salazar and Virginia Imelda Salazar, and brothers: Elpidio and Raul Salazar. Mr. Salazar is survived by his wife of 47 years, Imelda Salazar, children: Filiberto (Maria Del Carmen) Salazar Jr., Raul E. (Juanita) Salazar, Jorge David (Gustavo Jimenez) Salazar, and Ambar Imelda (Yolanda Martinez) Salazar, grandchildren: Cristhian and Cristhell Flores Salazar, Filiberto III, Shirley J., Sheila D., Hailie F., Ashley D., Alyssa N. and Alexandra R., great-grandchild: Dante A. Flores, brother: Guadalupe (†Isidra) Salazar, sisters: Julia (†Juan) Aleman, Margarita (†Rufino) Perales, Aurelia (Francisco) Mata and Rebeca (Cesario) Avila, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family members will be receiving friends and family at Fred Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services on Thursday, September 2, 2010, from 5pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am on Friday, September 3, 2010, at The Community of the Brothers of St. John.
