He is survived by his wife; Sara Martinez, children; Laura Annabella Garcia (Raymundo) Reyes, Fermin (Noemi Bernal) Garcia IV, mother of his children; Maria Teresa Garcia grandchildren; Brandon William Sanchez, Giovanna Isabella Reyes, Matthew Jacob Garcia, Christian, Cristina, Cristella, Julia Abigail and Johnathan Jesus and daughter in law; Peggy Pinzon and sister in law; Julia Anita Martinez.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 27, 2023 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church located at 1718 San Jorge Ave, Laredo, TX 78040. Memorial mass will begin at 9:00 am.
