Mrs. Garcia a devoted wife and loving mother and a long time employee of Central Drug was called to join the Lord at her home surrounded by her family on June 07, 2015 at the age of 83. Mrs. Garcia was preceded in death by her husband, Juan Garcia; her parents, Victor and Julia Navarro; and her sister, Francis Mercado.
Surviving are her children: Victor Manuel (Erica Benavides), Juan Antonio and Rolando Rene (Norma Moreno); and Adriana (Luis) Benavides; beloved grandchildren Vanessa (Jorge Martinez) and Lisa Marie Benavides; Christina, Daniel and David Garcia. Her sister Dora Ruiz.
Our special thanks goes to Msgn. James Harris, Dr. Ricky Cigarroa and staff; Laredo Superior Home Health and the staff; Dr. Arturo Garza-Gongora; and Altus Hospice and staff; her caregivers Flor Marroquin and Nely Ramirez.
