She is preceded in death by her husband, Feliciano Duarte; parents, Silverio & Eloisa Elizondo; siblings, Jose Maria Elizondo, and Bertha Arellano.
Evangelina is survived by her children, Mari Lu (Jesus) Cadena, Norma (Luis) Ramirez, Yolanda (Victor) Amaro, Carlos (Elsa) Duarte, Hector (Teresa) Duarte, Alberto (Sandra) Duarte, and Guadalupe (Oscar) Lopez; 18 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Gloria (Guadalupe) Gutierrez, and Rosa Maria Navarro; as well as numerous other family and friends.
The Duarte family will gather with friends & neighbors to receive condolences and exchange memories on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Holy Rosary will be officiated at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021, at St. Patrick Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
