Eva Lopez Martinez, 80, went into eternal rest with our Lord on Sunday, August 09, 2009, at a local hospital in Laredo, TX. Eva was a very loving mother and grandmother. She touched the lives of all who knew her; her presence and memorable smile will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her husband: Alfredo Martinez and son: Mario Alberto Martinez.She is survived by children: Juan (Lupita) Martinez, Alfredo (Martha) Martinez, Jesus (Raquel) Martinez, Ana (Jose) Perez, and Ruben (Julie) Martinez, grandchildren: Norma, Yvonne, Laura, Adela, Cindy, Jesus Jr., Joann, Judy, Jose Jr., and Angela, 12 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Visitation will on Tuesday, August 11, 2009, from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at the Trinity Baptist Church in Mirando City, TX. Funeral services will be at 10:00am on Wednesday, August 12, 2009, at the Trinity Baptist Church. Interment will follow immidiately at the Magnolia Cemetery in Mirando City. The family would like to extend their thanks and appreciation to the staff of Laredo Home Health and the I.C.U. staff of the Laredo Medical Center.
