He spent his life working on ranches,and while residing in Dallas he spent over 30 years working for Southern Distributing.Mr. Maya is survived by his children; Ramon (Maria) Maya of Dallas, TX., Eligio (Vicky )Maya of Dallas, TX., Agustin (Angela) Maya of Panama City, FL., Juan Maya of Laredo, TX., Rodolfo Maya of Laredo, TX., Mauricio (Ana) Maya of Laredo, TX., Sylvia Maya of Houston, TX., Claudia Maya of Laredo, TX., Eduardo (Gabriela)Maya of Laredo, TX., Maria G. Maya of Patterson, CA., Socorro (Gerardo) Rodriguez of Dallas, TX., Gabriela Maya, Griselda Maya, Elisa Maya and Fanny Maya of Laredo, TX and thirty one grandchildren.Family members will be receiving friends and family on Sunday, November 20, 2011 from 2:00pm – 5:00pm, a vigil will begin at 3:00pm at United Baptist Church, 8110 International Blvd.Funeral arrangements are by Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services.
