Efrain is survived by his parents; Maria Del Rocio (Jose Maria Vedia) Garza, siblings; Stephanie Lee Garza, Saul Chavez, III., Ulyses Vedia, Julissa Vedia and Joel Vedia, and children; Efrain Garza, Jr., and Madison Garza.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 3, 2023 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services, where a rosary will be recited at 1:30 pm. Cremation Services will be held at a later date.
