Obituary

Delia Espíndola, 71, entered into eternal rest on, Sunday, November 7, 2021.

Mrs. Espíndola worked at United High School since 1994 as a health technician in the nurses’ office and retired in May of 2013.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe & Trinidad Moncivais; brother, Alfredo Moncivais.

Delia is survived by her husband of 48 years of marriage, Jesus Espíndola, Jr.; children, Melissa (Francisco) Lopez, Cynthia (Ramiro) Saucedo, III, and Ricardo Espíndola; 2 grandchildren, Chelsea Saucedo, and Nolan Saucedo; 1 great-granddaughter, Madison Lopez; siblings, Diana (Roberto) Mancha, Juanita (Armando) Garcia, Imelda (Arturo) Contreras, Raquel (Inocente) Sanchez, Alicia (Juan) Zavala, Guadalupe Moncivais, Jr., and Ruben (Rosa) Moncivais; as well as numerous other family and friends.

The family will be receiving guests on Sunday, November 14, 2021, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Holy Rosary will be officiated at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021, at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will begin at 9:00 am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Mi más sentido pésame para toda la familia Moncivais y para la familia Espindola. Mrs. Espindola era una gran mujer, madre, esposa, hermana y hija. La conocí hace más de 30 años, cuando Melissa su hija me invitó a su casa a una fiesta de su hermano Ricky. En otras ocasiones no la pasábamos viendo los conciertos de Juan Gabriel, su ídolo y el mío también. Delia , I will always appreciate your friendship ever since you used to go pick up Ricky at daycare at Newnan Elementary and the years I worked at United HS when you would drive by the guard shack in your truck listening to your idolo Juan Gabriel Thank You also when you send your condolences when I lost my husband Arnold .
