Cesar Saenz was born January 11, 1960. He passed away peacefully on
December 7, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.

We honor the life of a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother,
and friend. Cesar was a strong, hardworking, and gentle man who was
deeply respected and loved by all who knew him. He modeled perseverance,
integrity, and kindness throughout his life. Above all else, he believed
that time was the greatest gift a father could give his family, and he
gave that gift selflessly until the very end.

Cesar was preceded in death by his parents, Juan de Dios and Celia
Saenz; his brothers Juan and Mario Saenz, and sisters Yolanda Gamboa and
Sandra Uribe.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Irma Cecilia Saenz; his children,
Krista (Gabriel) Sandoval, Cesar Jr. (Aime) and Kaitlyn Saenz; and his
cherished grandchildren, Sofia, Joaquin, Lucas, James, and Lorenzo
Sandoval.

He is also survived by his siblings: Saul (Rosie) Saenz, Vilma Saenz,
Homero (Juanita) Saenz, Gloria (Fidel) Riojas, Nestora (Natividad)
Canales, Edna (Pedro) Fuentes, and Edgardo (Juanita) Saenz, as well as
numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who loved him dearly.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the medical
staff who cared for Cesar during his illness, including Dr. Ricardo
Cigarroa and the compassionate teams at Methodist Heart and Lung
Specialty Clinic, the 4th Floor Cardiac Unit, the 3rd Floor HLTICU
nurses, and the physical therapists, for providing exceptional care,
comfort, and hope.

Cesar will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family,
his strong work ethic, and the love he shared so freely. His legacy
lives on in the values he instilled and the lives he touched.

The family will be receiving guests on Friday, December 19, 2025, at
Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.,
where a rosary will be held at 7:00 pm. Cremation will be held
at a later date.
