Celestino Mata Jr. (Cele), entered this earth on June 10, 1947, and departed on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at the age of 61. He was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. Celestino loved and enjoyed life, with a passion in carpentry. He lived life to the fullest and touched many lives along the way. He loved his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and he would say “I will see when I see you”. Celestino was preceded in death by Celestino P. Mata, Sr. and Romana G. Mata. He is survived by his son, Michael Mata and grandson Michael Mata II., Brothers and sisters, Mario (Diane) Mata, Dr. Yolanda (Gilberto) Rios, and Delia (Bobby) Reina. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and plenty of friends.On Behalf of the Mata Family we want to give Special thanks to Doctor’s Hospital, Dr. Oscar Lightner, Dr. Jose Molina, Dr. Maria Regaldo, Dr. Reynaldo Godines and Dr. Ralph Nimchan.
