Raymond and Ofelia Rodriguez posted on 9/7/20

Ofelia and Raymond have the deepest love and respect for all of their siblings and extended family. Our best times were when we got to be together! We would get out of the car after a long drive from Houston and everyone would be gathered to greet us on Lyons St. with hugs and red lipstick kisses. "Ay, que chulos!" Then Mama and all her daughters would sit in white rocking chairs and each one would be talking faster and louder than the other as they rocked and rocked. Their high auburn hairdos were almost exactly the same. They would chat like hens until it was time to go inside. Other times, we met up at Carmen and Benito's beautiful white house. We have very warm family memories that we will cherish forever. Thank you for being in our hearts, Carmen. We will pray, light candles, and love you forever. To the family - our hearts go out to you. With sympathy and love, Rodriguez family
