Carlos Galvan, 78, entered into eternal rest, Monday, February 27, 2023.

He is preceded in death by his father, Juan Galvan; mother, Guadalupe Vega; son, Carlos Gerardo Galvan; brother, Juan Galvan Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Tomasita Galvan; daughter, Patricia (Felipe) Gonzalez; sons, Ricardo (Lesly) Galvan, Jesus Gustavo Alfaro; grandchildren, Jancarlo Galvan, Joseph M. Rodriguez, Lacie Galvan, Leslie M. Galvan, Ricardo Galvan Jr., and Robert Galvan; brother, Jesus Galvan; as well as other family and friends.

The Galvan family will be receiving guests on Monday, March 6, 2023, in the Angelus Chapel at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at San Luis Rey Catholic Church, located at 3502 Sanders Ave, Laredo, TX 78040. The Funeral Mass will begin at 8:30 am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
