My dear friend, my most sincere condolences go out to you and the rest of the Estrada family on the passing of your mother, Benita. Such a beautiful lady! I believe it was in the early 90s when I first met you mom. You were, then, going Laredo to visit her and invited me to go with you. My memory of her of that first day I met her was the beautiful smile she greeted me with. A smile that, to me, totally expressed such great kindness in her heart. And, even the last time I saw her, when you were caring for her here in the RGV, that smile of hers had not changed one bit. And, Julie, that was your “mommy”.
