Aurora G. Martinez, 92, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019, in San Antonio, Texas.

Mrs. Martinez is preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Martinez, Jr. and her sister, Violeta De La Garza.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Lamar M. (Ruben) Duarte of San Antonio, TX, Violeta M. (Jaime) Arizpe of Laredo, TX and Iris M. (Dr. Rick Aguilar) Aguilar of San Antonio, TX; grandchildren, Crisana Arizpe, Jaime Andres (Elizabeth) Arizpe, Gabriela D. (Zachary) Helms and Anissa Aguilar; great-grandchildren, Mateo J. Arizpe and Catalina Pearl Arizpe; nieces, Norma E. Barrios, Nora Garcia and other family.

Funeral service will be held Friday, June 28, 2019, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services with visitation starting at 8:00 am to 11:00 am.  A chapel service will officiate at 10:00 am by Pastor Ruben Duarte.  The funeral procession will depart at 11:15 am from the funeral home to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery for interment.
