With heavy hearts and deep love, the Saldaña family announces the passing of Aurelia Garza de Saldaña, who departed this world peacefully, surrounded by those who loved her most.

Aurelia was born on March 1, 1959. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a loyal friend. She was married to Mr. Ovidio Noé Saldaña, and together they shared a life filled with love, faith, and family. Her children — Erica, Gabriela, and Ovidio — will forever carry her strength, warmth, and unwavering love in their hearts.

Aurelia leaves behind a legacy of compassion, faith, and unity. Her memory will continue to shine brightly in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

The family will be receiving guests on Monday, June 16, 2025, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. The chapel will reopen at 8:00 am on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 to depart at 9:30 am for a Funeral Mass at Divine Mercy Catholic Church at 10:00 am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

My comadre was a person full of life. She was kind and generous and always cheerful. She was also a very strong woman and faced life adversities with lots of courage and hope. As a mother, she was very devoted to her chilcren, very loving and patient and went out of her way to support them at any age. I am going to miss you and your soothing smile comadre.
