She is preceded in death by her parents, Miguel & Maria de Jesus Gallegos; daughter, Emma Carrillo; granddaughter, Esmeralda Rubio; siblings, Francisco Gallegos, Jose Gallegos, Guadalupe Sanchez, and Dolores Gallegos de Villanueva.
Atanacia is survived by her husband, Roman Carrillo; children, Susana (Arturo) Ovando, Arturo (Maria de Jesus Lourdes) Carrillo, Rogelio (Sandra) Carrillo, Jorge (Laura) Carrillo, Sara Alicia Carrillo, Mario (Yolanda) Carrillo, Veronica (Humberto) Rodriguez; 30 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; sister, Delfina Velasco; as well as numerous other family and friends.
The family will be receiving guests on Monday, April 25, 2022, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Holy Rosary will commence at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at San Agustin Catholic Cathedral. The Funeral Mass will start at 9:00 am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
