Mrs. Flores is preceded in death by her father, Anastacio De La Rosa; her mother, Cipriana De La Rosa; her aunt, Juanita Bustamante; her uncle, Guadalupe Bustamante; her siblings: Isidoro De La Rosa, Gloria Arredondo, Jesus “Chuy” De León, and Polo Casarez.
She is survived by: her husband of 53 years, Ernesto Flores; son, Michael Ernest Flores; daughter, Terrie (Edgar) Martinez; grandchildren: Andy Flores, Athena Emma Martinez, Evan Romel Martinez and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will be receiving condolences on Monday, May 20, 2024 in the Angelus Chapel at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, where a prayer service will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation services, where chapel doors will open at 8:00 am. A chapel service will be officiated at 10:00 am by Reverend Guadalupe Puente Jr. from Templo El Buen Pastor. Interment will follow to the Laredo City Cemetery.
