Mr. Alvarez is survived by his children: Samantha (Jose Luis) Lopez, Rebecca Alvarez, Andres Alvarez Jr; mother: Isabel Alvarez; mother of his children: Diana Martinez; grandchildren: Markus Alvarez, Derek Alvarez, Lilian Lopez; siblings: Elizabeth (David) Castrellon, Fortunato (Lupe) Alvarez Jr., Maria Luisa (Vicente) Ramirez, Benjamin Alvarez, Ismael Alvarez, Samuel (Lily) Alvarez, Ruth (Arne) Jacobson, Esmeralda (Juan) Gonzalez. He is preceded in death by his father: Fortunato Alvarez and brother: Isaac Alvarez. Family members will be receiving guest and relatives on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 from 5:00pm – 9:00pm with a prayer service at 7:00pm at the Fred Dickey Funeral Home chapel. A 10:00am departure will be on Thursday June 20, 2013 from the funeral home to the City Cemetery.
