ANA LAURA CLICK

March 19, 1968 – March 27, 2022

Ana Laura Click entered eternal rest on Sunday March 27, 2022.

Ana was born in Laredo, Texas on March 19,1968 to Rodolfo Garcia & Ana Maria Torres. She attended United High School. She continued her education at Laredo Community College and held an AA in Nursing, BA in Nursing, WHNP and Masters in Science-FNP. She was a devoted instructor for nursing at Laredo Community College and helped redesign its curriculum. She was recognized as LCC Teacher of the Year. Many of Laredo nurses today were her students and have passed down her knowledge to every generation of nurses since.

She is preceded in death by:

Father – Rodolfo Garcia

Brother – Rodolfo Garcia Jr.

Step Son – Maurice A Click III

Uncle – Ramiro Garcia

Aunt – Consuelo Dovalina

Brother-In-Law – Henry M. Miller

 

Ana Laura is survived by her:

Husband – Dr Maurice A Click

Daughter – Kassandra Diaz

Son – Mathew A Click

Son – Jonathan A Click

Step son – David Click

 

Mother – Ana Maria Torres

Brother – Rogelio (Minnie) Garcia

Sister – Maria Christina (Henry+) Miller

Sister – Nancy E Garcia

Brother – Rodolfo A (Gabie) Garcia

Brother – Rene (Erika) Garcia

Sister – Bebe Garcia

As well as numerous nephews and nieces and other family members and friends

Ana Laura’s greatest passion was her family, siblings, nieces and nephews. Always laughing, crying, telling stories and remembrances. She loved road trips with family and dreaming of new places to visit.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all the Doctors and staff who cared for and provided excellent care at Laredo Medical Center especially her previous nursing students.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services Located at 1320 Trey in Laredo, Texas. The Family will be receiving guests on Saturday April 2,2022 from 5:00pm – 9:00 pm. Cremation will be held at a later date.

In lieu of Flowers the family requests in making a donation to Bethany House of Laredo or Laredo Animal Protective Society at 2500 Gonzalez St in Laredo
