She is preceded in death by her husband, Cesar Augusto Villarreal; parents, Salvador and Viviana Sanchez.
Amelia is survived by her children, Cesar (Yvonne) Villarreal, Jr., Martha (Oscar) Hernandez, Vicente (Patricia) Villarreal, Salvador (Olga) Villarreal, Luis (Cynthia) Villarreal, Arturo (Irasema) Villarreal, Maria (Maximo) Sustaita; 17 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; siblings, Maria Jasso, Ma. Estela Guajardo, Guadalupe Sanchez, and Arturo Sanchez; as well as nephews, nieces, and other relatives who will greatly miss her.
The family will be receiving guests on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Holy Rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at Santa Margarita de Escocia Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will follow to Jardin de Los Angeles.
