Mr. Ramirez was a quiet and simple man, a true gentleman, always impeccably dressed, respectful to all, and a good catholic who had great devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. He prayed his two rosaries daily and heard mass daily from the Eternal Word Network. He was liked and respected by all who met him.
Mr. Ramirez adored his eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He spoke to them always with a soft, loving voice. They all adored him. Their “Wito” was the best.
Alonzo loved his wife Amelda of 64 wonderful years, even though he always said they were 70 years; 64 years of marriage plus the 6 years that they were “sweethearts” from high school through college.
