My condolences to the Trevino and Gutierrez family. I knew Alma since our days at Guadalupe school. I also remember her father well as our cheerful mailman. Alma always made time for a cheerful greeting and inquired about my family. I will miss her and her helpful attitude and well wishes every time I saw her at the HEB pharmacy.

To all the Trevino family my deepest condolences❤️ I met Alma at HEB Mercado in 1990, and it was my first job and she was there guiding me all the way, sweet sweet lady of God!

My deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. May God give you the peace that you seek. Mrs. Trevino was a wonderful woman that always brought a smile to my face when I bumped into her and received her blessing.

In all the years that I knew Alma, she was nothing but kind, patient and always did and said things straight from her heart. Working with her in the pharmacy for so long she saw me grow from a pain in the butt teenager to a professional in my career. Alma, you will be truly missed. It saddens me that I was unable to speak to you once more. I will forever miss your blessings that you gave me each time I came to Laredo to visit, every time in between and all the times you prayed with me. May you rest in peace. Christina, Danny and Harvey- my prayers and thoughts are with you all, as well as all of Alma's friends and family.

Extending my condolences to the Treviño family. Alma showed me nothing but kindness since I was a little girl. When I was about 5 years old, I remember my dad, Carlos, coming home from work with a bag full of ballet skirts that she sent me out of the blue. It casted a smile on me from ear to ear because sparkly skirts were the most amazing gift to me as I was starting ballet classes. At the time, I was in awe of the beautiful colors and the way the skirts looked when I twirled, but as I grew up, what struck me the most was how generous Alma was to think of me in the first place. Just from the handful of conversations I had with her throughout the years, I could easily tell how much she radiated joy and kindness to those who came in touch with her. Today, I send out love and comfort to everyone who knew Alma. May she find rest with God in heaven.

Almost , Sister I don't even know where to start except the beginning of our lives where you played a major role in the lives of each & every single sister. Growing up I saw you as someone I could trust to take care of each of us especially when we were at our Lady of Guadalupe School & mom & dad were not around.Sister when you left us to start your life as a married woman was the 1st time I remember feeling heartbreak & not knowing how to deal with it. I know mom would console us with the hope of you coming to visit us and perhaps moving back . Now we face another heartbreak that sisters feel when they lose a sister. When we lost Diana 3 years ago yesterday 01\19 was heart wrenching & now losing you " Sister # 1" is devastating . It's like the one I always looked up to because of the very important role you were given by Dad. & Mom....is gone forever..we can no longer talk or text. Your last message to me was Dec. 27th. I left a message wishing you a happy new year & I found out you were already not feeling well... Rest in peace sister #1 ..Love you onto the extremities ...Always sister #3 Yoyo .
