Alan, it is not often one encounters a spirit like yours, with such zest for life yet so full of humility and kindness. Thank you for all the smiles. You will always be remembered as a ray of sunshine; you were taken from us all too soon, sweetie. Hoping to meet that smile of yours again in Heaven. May you rest in peace.

My sincere condolences to the family for the loss of your beloved son. I came across his obituary and it just makes me so sad whenever I read about a young one losing his life. I know my words cannot do much to ease the pain so I pray to God to give you the strength to cope during his most difficult time. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) The Bible explains that it was never God’s purpose for humans to die. His word reveals what he will soon do to eliminate death forever. May his promise at John 5:28,29 about a future earthly resurrection bring you comfort all comfort and hope.

Alan was always happy, joyful, friendly, and full of love. Alan, may you rest in peace.

There can be no pain more terrible and deep than that of losing a son. Our heart, soul and prayers go out to your family. We were truly blessed to have known your son. I’m so sorry for your loss. Alan made such an impact on my life and so many others. I’m heartbroken and can not imagine the pain your family is going through. He was such a bright light and always had a smile on his face. When we worked together he always had high spirits and always brought me up. He will be missed so dearly. Prayers and thoughts go out to your family. Alan- thank you for being an amazing friend and being part of my life I will miss you so much
